Ingredients
175grams unsalted butter (softened)
125grams caster sugar
3 pear (firm but not too hard, peeled, cored and quartered)
2 egg
75grams blanched almonds
75grams self raising flour
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170C/325F/gasmark 3.<div>2. Grease a 20 cm diameter, springform cake tin and line the base with baking parchment.</div>
