Ingredients
350grams tuna
6 tomato
250grams french beans
1 cos lettuce (use the heart cut into quarters)
4 anchovy fillet (cut lengthways)
1tablespoon flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
1tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 lemon (juice)
4tablespoons olive oil
1clove garlic (crushed and chopped)
1teaspoon dijon mustard
Instructions
<p>1. Heat a griddle pan And once it is really hot, cook the tuna for 2 minutes on each side if you like it rare, or 4 minutes each side if you like it well done.</p>
