Ingredients
200grams butter (softened)
1tablespoon boiling water
300grams icing sugar (sifted)
Instructions

<p>1. Put the softened butter in a bowl with the water and mix together well.</p>
<p>2. Beat in the sifted icing sugar a little at a time until the mixture is light and creamy.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Adding Flavours.</p>
<p>For Vanilla buttercream add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.</p>
<p>For Lemon buttercream substitute 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for the hot water.</p>
<p>For Chocolate buttercream add 300 grams of melted dark chocolate.</p>
