Makes Mashed Potato a great deal more interesting!!!

Ingredients
8 potato (Maris Pipers prefered)
2teaspoons dijon mustard
2teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  butter (a large knob will do)
2tablespoons double cream (or creme fraiche will do)
Instructions

<p>
1. Peel and chop the Potatoes into large chunks.</p>
<p>
2. Boil in salted water until you can break them with the side of a fork.</p>
<p>
3. Drain Potatoes then add the Butter and mash them well.</p>
<p>
4. Add the Double Cream and Mustards and mash again.</p>
