Ingredients
125grams minced pork
6 prawn (fresh)
4teaspoons red curry paste
  fish sauce (large squirt)
  fresh coriander (stems only ... use the leaves for something else)
1teaspoon cornflour
1teaspoon sugar
  pepper
Instructions

<p>1. Fix all ingredients together and mix well.</p>
<p>2. To each Pasty piece add a tiny bit of filling (about 1/2 teaspoon).&nbsp; Use Egg to wet edges</p>
<p>3. Fold across the diagonal into a Triangle.</p>
<p>4.&nbsp; Deep fry pouches until golden brown.</p>
